What  are  herbs?  Herbs  are  plants  that  group  naturally  from  mother  earth.  They  are generally  very  aromatic. 

Why  are  herbs  beneficial?  Herbs  are  natural  medicinal  plants  and flowers  that  can  be used  fresh  or  dry  in  food,  drinks,  oils,  etc  to promote  natural  healing.  Most  times  the whole  plant  can  be  used  medicinally  which  can  include  the  stem,  seed,  root,  and flowers.  There  is  an  herb  for  any  ailment  you  can  think  of.

What  is  Mediation? 
Meditation  is  a  mental  and  spiritual  exercise  that  involves  breath work, deep concentration,  commitment,  focus,  and  mindfulness.  Meditation encourages  you  to slow  down,  pause,  and  take  a  breath.  It encourages  deep  reflections,  promotes relaxation,  and  allows  the individual  to  maintain  a  positive  outlook  on  life.
